Editors Note:

    We have asked at least one person born in each decade of the 20th Century to give us their feedback on how Medina County and the world have changed during their lifetime. We received responses from every decade except 1900-1909.
    The questions we asked included:
    1. What individual or event in your lifetime do you think has made the biggest impact on the world as it exists today?    
    2. How has Medina County changed within your lifetime?
    3. What invention or advancement has lead to the greatest change in your lifetime?
    4. How has society changed throughout your lifetime?   

    Our participants found the experience quite moving. We often take so much for granted -- if one takes some time to actually sit down and look at how history has unfolded in the recent past, we really have come a long way in a very short period of time.
